About Us

It all started when…

I started supporting my twin sister Sharon with her spiritual workshops and angel essence readings. She helped many people to heal from within. She was an Intuitive Medium & Poet. She also worked with children, as they were drawn to her creativity and respect for them.

Although I knew my twin and many family members throughout my lineage had natural gifts that healed people through music, prose, art and vision. While my twin grew her gifts, I nearly closed the door on the few that I had recognized in myself.

I loved my work and although I utilized my vision and intuition within facets of my work, I didn’t think about it on a spiritual level. I had walked away from it, as I was more interested in my career. I also monitored Sharon’s openness about her gifts. She was courageous; however, she was also treated badly because of it. At times by those closest to her. It broke her heart as she only meant to help people with her natural energy. She was misunderstood and ostracized by some family and others she ran across. As protective as I was with my twin sister, there wasn’t much I could do about this problem and at times it came between us.

When I retired from an organization that I had given my energy to for over 20 years, I spent more time with Sharon. It wasn’t long afterwards that she found out she had cancer. During her time of treatment, we talked about her gifts and her journey. I listened deeply and learned a lot from her. I have learned a great deal from others as well since that time.

I wanted to develop a group where Sharon would be welcome and meet like-minded people. Within a year, we found just the right people to help us start Circle of the Healing Arts. Sharon only made a couple of meetings, but she made deep connections with a handful of the most amazing healers who stood beside her and helped her through the last part of her journey. Sharon has been gone 3.5 years now. As much as I miss her, I know she is with me.

One of our goals was starting Soul Journey Vista. The basis of it was to create a place and to create communications that welcome the curious, the awakening, as well as the masters who have been enlightened on a high level and heal in a variety of modalities. The Circle of the Healing Arts was created, and continues, which met our first goal. Sharon wrote articles, classes and poetry for Soul Journey Vista Magazine. She did not see the first issue published while she was here. However, she had wanted her writings included in each publication and that goal has also been met.

The journey for me since she has been gone has opened me up to reawaken in a way, I never imagined I would. This experience continues and although I do not always understand what is happening, thankfully I have people here and above that have support my enlightenment.

The gifted healers and advocates of holistic healing have become a treasure to me. They are accomplished, smart, kind, well read, often faith based and very enlightened and purposeful in their journey to teach others how to heal within, mind, body and spirit.

My purpose is to advocate and support those that have the courage to share and heal others with their natural gifts. I also want to communicate what the modalities are and share with those that do not understand that many are tangible gifts that are science based, while others are intangible (at this point) but typically have at least one point that touches science.

I want those that do not understand that the energy that we, the earth and the creatures that sustain us contain can be directed towards healing. Yes, we all have the capabilities, we just often ignore it.

Think about this………it really all starts with our natural intuition. We can all take it from there.

This purposeful path that I am on is expanding, just as many others are in tandem with me, as they also seek holistic, natural and energetic ways of healing. Let’s turn the switch on to shine our energetic light to the best of our ability and try our best to enjoy the journey.
