I am air. I am rock. I am river. I am flame. I am a formidable Be-ing moving the trails of this planet.

I honor the clouds formulating above me. I honor the rock creating solid stepping stones. I honor the river swelling with rejuvenation. I honor the flame of new beginnings.

I circulate my breath of air throughout my form. I gather my rocks to create a solid foundation for my Be-ing. I flow within the rivers and allow the cleansing of my soul. I dance with the flame of life and celebrate my existence upon this planet.
